EMPLOYMENT INSTRUCTIONS: Jump to ATS categories and definitions
[A] Core faculty (and some research mentors*) are hired by Cornell to teach @ Shoals. Faculty are paid ($170/day); follow the instructions you'll receive electronically from Christine Bogdanowicz approximately 2 weeks* before you are scheduled to start teaching. Please keep copies of all documents for your records.
[B] Guest lecturers and guest teaching staff
are paid by Cornell to teach @ Shoals ($100/day); follow the instructions you'll receive electronically from Christine Bogdanowicz approximately 2 weeks before you are scheduled to teach. Please keep copies of all documents for your records.

PLEASE BE SURE THAT PIECE OF LUGGAGE (duffels, packs, etc.) WEIGHS LESS than 50LBS.! Bags over 50lbs. may be delayed in getting out to Appledore Island.

recommended for all Shoalers - please read to prepare for living on Appledore Island.
