THE SML DOCK IS LOCATED IN PORTSMOUTH, NH:     
From Interstate 95 take exit 7. Turn right at the bottom of the exit ramp (turn left if coming from the north) towards Portsmouth. Continue on Market Street for approximately 3/4 mile (past the USS Albacore). The dock is on the left across from the Sheraton Portsmouth Hotel                 

ALL SML passengers* travel to Appledore Island aboard SML VESSELS from the SML dock in Portsmouth, NH. *GARDEN TOUR INFO, CLICK HERE!

STUDENTS: You do NOT need to make a boat reservation                                         
ON THE FIRST MONDAY OF A COURSE, IF YOU NEED TO PARK:
PLAN TO ARRIVE AT THE DOCK IN PORTSMOUTH BY 11:30 AM
ON THE FIRST MONDAY OF A COURSE, IF YOU DON'T NEED TO PARK:
PLAN TO ARRIVE AT THE DOCK IN PORTSMOUTH BY 12:00 PM
THE SML VESSEL DEPARTS PORTSMOUTH AT 1:00 PM - SEE BOAT SCHEDULE BELOW

ON THE LAST MONDAY OF A COURSE:
THE SML VESSEL DEPARTS APPLEDORE AT 10:00 AM - SEE BOAT SCHEDULE BELOW
PLAN TO RETURN TO THE DOCK PORTSMOUTH, NH BY 12:00 PM

MORE INFORMATION ABOUT PARKING:
Please allow adequate time to PARK YOUR VEHICLE - remember, SML does not have any parking available at the dock in Portsmouth, NH. Look for an SML Staff member at the dock when you arrive - they can provide you with parking instructions, however it's best to make parking arrangements and plans  well in advance. For assistance:
