UNH Marine Program Discovery Cruises
Explore the Isles of Shoals aboard the UNH research vessel R/V GULF CHALLENGER. Staffed by Marine Docents who explain the natural and cultural history of the area, these informal educational cruises provide an opportunity for you to explore the coast, learn more about SML, UNH research projects, and try out simple oceanographic equipment. Cruises begin and end at the UNH Pier and Support Facility in Newcastle, NH. Cost in 2008 was $40/person for the round-trip, includes tour (please bring your own lunch!).
